The Journey — 6 Days of Running, Adventure & Recovery

Each day is designed to awaken your senses and connect you to the heart of Iceland.
From volcanic trails to soothing hot springs, every step blends endurance, exploration, and recovery in perfect harmony.

Day 1 – Arrival & Reykjavik Welcome

Touch down in Iceland and meet your guide, Siggi, and the group.
Settle into your boutique hotel, explore Reykjavik, and enjoy a welcome dinner where new friendships begin.

Day 2 – Hengill Trail Run (12/25 km)

Run through steam valleys and over volcanic ridges in Hengill — one of Iceland’s most iconic trail routes.
End the day soaking in the Laugarvatn Fontana — pure magic.

Day 3 – Golden Circle Experience

A recovery day of sightseeing and inspiration.
Explore Þingvellir, Geysir, Gullfoss and Kerið and enjoy lunch at the famous Friðheimar tomato greenhouse.

Day 4 – Kerlingafjöll or Mýrdalsrunning trail (12/22 km)

Challenge yourself with a guided mountain run through geothermal terrain and panoramic highlands.
Weather decides the route — adventure decides everything else.

Day 5 – South Coast Adventure

Recharge while exploring Iceland’s legendary south coast: Seljalandsfoss, Skógafoss, Reynisfjara, Sólheimajökull  and Vík.
Lunch by the sea and a relaxed evening in Reykjavik.

Day 6 – Heiðmörk Trail & Sky Lagoon Farewell

Finish strong with a scenic 12 km run through Heiðmörk Nature Reserve — Reykjavik’s backyard wilderness.
Then unwind in the Sky Lagoon, reflecting on an unforgettable week before your airport drop-off.
